February 19, 2026 Breakfast Roundtable Registration Form

    RSVP POLICY: 

     All registrations and cancellations are due by the registration deadline of Noon on the Friday before the meeting. (If the Friday before the meeting is a holiday, then registrations and cancellations are due by noon on the Monday before the meeting.) There will be a $10 late registration fee for all registrations after the deadline. If a person who registers is unable to attend and fails to cancel by the deadline, there will be no refund. 

    Important Information: Complete Your Registration in Two Steps

     We’re excited to have you join us! Please note that completing your registration is a two-step process:

    1. Step 1: Submit Your Registration Form
      Fill out the form below with your details and click the "Submit" button.
    2. Step 2: Make Your Payment
      After submitting the form, you’ll be redirected to the payment page. On the payment page:
      • Select the appropriate payment option from the PayPal drop-down menu.
      • Click the Pay Now button to securely complete your payment.

    Your registration will only be confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with event details after completing both steps.
